Hotel Palazzo Sasso Ravello is a stunning new five star deluxe hotel on Italy's famous Amalfi coast. The hotel is a 12th century Italian villa tucked away in the hill top village of Ravello perched high on the cliffs, 350 meters (1,000 ft.) above the sparkling Mediterranean and overlooking some of the coast's most picturesque fishing villages. Property Amenities
Built in the 12th century and revitalized in 1997, this celebrated Moorish-style hotel in the medieval town of Ravello is perched on a cliff top 1,000 feet above the Mediterranean sea. Sweeping views of the Amalfi coast and rolling countryside, studded by quaint fishing villages and historic remains, may be seen from the hotel’s numerous terraces and beautifully-groomed gardens, and many of its rooms. The lobby and adjacent sitting areas, bathed in natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings, are decorated with statuary and antique furnishings.
Open March through October, the hotel has a 60-foot outdoor swimming pool, open- air fitness center, and sun terrace with hydromassage plunge pools and a private bar. The acclaimed Rossellini’s restaurant serves contemporary interpretations of Neapolitan cuisine, and the Caffé dell’Arte offers piano entertainment, specialty cocktails, rare liqueurs, and expansive views.
