I am a Kiwi (New Zealander) and being born and bred in the Great Down
Under I have extensive destination knowledge of that part of the world.
I have lived throughout New Zealand on both islands from the sub tropics
of the Bay of Islands to the ski resorts of Mt Cook and Queenstown.
As a young adult I took part in a bicycle tour which took in both
islands, 4000 kms and 1.5 years later I had visited, worked in, lived
at and enjoyed New Zealands best areas. If you have queries regarding
a NZ destination – ask me! I have probably been there!
After moving to Australia 25 years ago I worked in the Tourism Industry
in Airline reservations and later with Qantas Jetabout in their inbound
division planning local itineraries for clients visiting from North
America. I have lived in Sydney, Gold Coast and North Queensland.
I love to assist clients with personalized information that only comes
with indepth knowledge. The Great Barrier reef is a particular specialty
having spent time on many of the GBR islands including Lord Howe Island,Dunk,
Lizard, Great Keppel, Hamilton,Green, Fitzroy, Hayman,Heron, Lady
Elliott, Lady Musgrave and Bedarra Island, staying in the resorts
and diving from reef day and liveaboard vessels. I have also cruised
on Captain Cook cruises, Coral Princess, P&O, Mike Ball
to Lizard Island,Taba Dive, Tusa,Reef encounter,many day trip reef
boats and crewed on large
yatchs between Cairns and Mooloolaba in South Queensland.
The Fijian Islands are my all time favourite destination and I specialize
in Destination Weddings
and Honeymoons to the Beautiful Romantic Resorts that are unique to
this part of the world.
I was recognized by the Fiji Tourism Board in 2009 as having the most
bookings from North
America for the 2nd half of that year. I travel there as often as
I can – usually 2-3 times per year
to keep informed on Resort changes and updates. The islands of Tahiti
are another favourite and
I have arranged itineraries for many Happy couples to these islands
also.
After marrying my Californian husband we moved to Kauai and were there
for several years
before returning to Australia. He accepted a job offer 5 years later
back in the islands and we
have now been living here in Kona for the last seven years, we have
three daughters. We travel
regularly to all islands throughout Hawaii and can offer expertise
both in itinerary planning and
local knowledge of our Islands of Sunshine. A while back and again
recently I was given the distinction from the top
North American Wholesaler Classic Vacations as being their Second
Highest Top Producer.
My passion is travel and arranging individualized itineraries based
on client needs and
preferences. I offer attention to detail with in depth destination
knowledge and can impart a
