Trish,

I just wanted to email and say thanks for all you help. John and I had a great time. We loved Hawaii. Everything was really nice. And thank you for the portable cooler at the Kea Lani. Also our seats worked out on United....we got bumped to Mileage plus seatings on San Fran to Kona and Maui to Los Angeles .. so much more legroom than coach for the long flights.

Hopefully, we will get to go to Hawaii again soon.

Thanks again

Hiapo was great in helping me with my travel arrangements. I am planning a Valentines wedding in Maui & it was somewhat difficult due to the time frame and the amount of guests. However, Hiapo was able to find the best air price and match the condo price with a leading competitor. Therefore, I was able to book air, car, and hotel through one agency which made things easier for me. Hiapo was patient in meeting my needs and always kept in contact. I really appreciate all his efforts.

Joanne, nice to hear from you - I had meant to give you a call while we were on Maui, but we were just too busy. Mom & I had a great trip - despite the head cold that I came down with before the trip started. Luckily mom avoided catching it. The accomodations and food were great - too much great food in fact, I gained 4 pounds! Hawaiian beef is the best I've ever tasted! The side tours were very good and gave us a good perspective on each island and Hawaiian history in general. Our tour guide, Larry Canada, was quite competent and well organized - and a great lounge singer. One thing mom mentioned was that she would have liked to extend the tour to the island of Hawaii for a few days - a couple of folks on our tour did so on their own, but it was not part of the tour package per se. There was one young couple on the tour, but in general I'd recommend the tour for 40-60 year old couples. Not a singles situation. But I quite enjoyed it as a recon trip to see the islands with mom.

Thanks again for arranging a swell trip for me and mom.

Aloha,
Leo H. (Evergreen, Colorado)

Hi Sue, we just returned Tuesday from our Maui honeymoon and it was absolutely fabulous! Everything went as planned and both hotels (Westin Maui & Grand Wailea Resort) had outstanding service and accommodations. The only issue we had was our rental car took quite some time when we arrived and I had already faxed in our paperwork, but I think they simply just got really busy. We ended paying a little to upgrade to a mustang and then they were out of mustangs, so they gave us a red little T-bird which was a lot of fun.

Thanks for all of you're help and we had a great time.
On to our next vacation....do you guys book cruises in the Caribbean out of New Orleans?

Thanks Again,

Tarah M. (Jefferson, Louisiana)

Attached please find a few wedding pictures from Nov. 7, 2003. We had an absolutely wonderful time at Taveuni Island Resort. It was everything you said it would be and more.

The staff and Lorna went above and beyond for our wedding - it was beautiful. I mentioned that I liked a certain flower in one of their arrangements - it smelled so sweet. I was thrilled when I was surrounded by the flowers at our ceremony and the following party/meke. I could not have found a flower as perfect in the States.

Rick and I could not be happier with our weddingmoon. We highly recommend
Taveuni Island Resort when you want to relax and really get away (we do recommend taking along your CD's - they will play them in the Main House
anytime you like). The Villa was incredible, the staff and management
(which I prefer to just call my friends) could not have been more
accomodating and pleasant, and the pool - the view - the food - well, all
were out of this world and beyond all our expectations.

We visited several of the other resorts on Taveuni during our stay and Taveuni Island Resort is by far the nicest. We plan to return for our fifth wedding anniversary....maybe visit New Zealand at the same time.

Thank you for all your help and for your recommendation. Hope to work with
you again soon!

McCoy Travel ,

Fiji was absolutely wonderful. We definitely will have to go back. Everything went real smoothly for the wedding and the staff at Yasawa were fantastic. Chip dropped our camera in the water the second day that we were there, trying to help get a blue marlin out of the water that someone caught on a deep sea fishing trip. He broke the camera trying to save the film, so we didn't get a whole lot of quality pictures as we had to buy the disposable kind. We took lots of video though to show the family and will be showing the video we had taken at the wedding for our reception this month. The photographer was great. Everyone here thinks the pictures are perfect and that their remarks are "These pictures look like postcards or Hallmark cards". Thank you so much for doing such a good job for us. We have already recommended you to others.

Hi Sue -

We had the greatest time - Hawaii was such a paradise and the trip kept getting better and better; we were disappointed to leave Maui because it was so fun, but we were equally as excited when we arrived at the Princeville Kauai Resort to it's beauty and were happy to see it measured up to the Fairmont!

Maui was excellent - honest if you had seen my husbands face as we drove to the Fairmont Kea Lani it was totally worth all the planning. He said as we drove through the Wailea village, 'I feel like I'm in Beverley Hills', then of course we arrived at the Fairmont to their amazing lobby and views of the ocean and we felt as though we were dreaming!! It was so fun!! I had booked us both massages at the spa shortly after our planned arrival and those were excellent too! We went to the Four Seasons out of curiousity and I see what you meant when you said it had a bit more ambiance - but in comparison we were glad we were at the Fairmont - your recommendation was bang on!! The suites were beautiful!! We ate dinner at the two restaurants at the 4 seasons on different nights ( Spagos and Ferraros) and both were excellent, yet different experiences.

The snorkel trip & the bike trip were perfectly arranged as well as both car rentals - we said numerous times that we were so glad you had looked after all these details for us so we could sit back and just enjoy the vacation itself. No hassles and no questions asked on any of the excursions - all details were perfect.

Kauai was definitely my favorite island and I'm so glad you convinced us to stay more days than the original 2 we had planned - again you were bang on!! We did the hike into the waterfalls along the coast one day and went to hideaway beach another and just relaxed on what felt like our own private beach! Then the other two days in Kauai we just enjoyed the beach and the snorkeling right off the hotel property. On our last day we drove to the Waimea canyon but it was really foggy and had begun to rain so we didn't really see the view - this was the only day we had indecent weather.

Phew - sorry to leave you such a long email - it was excellent all in all Sue, and thanks again for your excellent advise - our expectations were completely met and then some!!

I'm totally jealous that you live there!! We came home and commented on how ugly our surroundings were in comparison.

The only thing we didn't do was the drive to Hana - we preferred to enjoy the r&r at the Fairmont so didn't venture to do this trek - I guess we have reason to return someday!!

Hi Ron!

I wanted to thank you for arranging our trip. It was wonderful and we all had such a great time!!! The hotels you booked our rooms at were fabulous! OVERWATER BUNGALOWS ARE THE BOMB!!! We ended up upgrading to the overwater bungalows at the Bora Bora Pearl after staying in them at the Sheraton in Moorea. There is nothing in comparison to accommodations like that...

One tid bit of information from the Bora Bora locals....the Ritz-Carlton is building a hotel there! Imagine that! We didn't even know and they all knew...

Anyway, I just wanted to thank you again and let you know what a fabulous time we had!

Thanks again!

Mary Anne C. (Maui, Hawaii)

P.S. All sunburned and ready to come home, the picture was taken the night we departed. This was taken at the Inter-Continental Hotel in Papeete. The sunset was awesome and it looks so fake!

McCoy Travel,
Tahiti was wonderful -- paradise is probably a better description. We went parasailing, swam with sharks and stingrays, went to a polynesian show, went waterskiing -- and most of all relaxed. Thanks for your recommendations. We loved both of the properties that we stayed at. Thanks again!

Ron . . .

We just returned home from a vacation to Tahiti that we booked through McCoy Travel. I wanted to take a minute to tell you what a wonderful, perfect time we had. It was our first trip beyond Pennsylvania. My husband and I have traveled quite a bit, but never this far from home.

I must confess, I stummbled upon your company simply by "surfing the net." It was the first vacation I booked using an internet connection. I was more than a little nervous. Your agency was absolutely fabulous and patiently answered my numerous questions ... your kind and friendly manner was the reason I ended up using McCoy Travel.

Everything about the trip was impressive from the Moorea Beachcomber to the transfers and I just wanted to say thank you!

Sincerely,

William & Susan H. (West Chester, Pennsylvania)

Sue -

The trip was absolutely fabulous. Everything was smooth sailing. Tahiti Beachcomber was very accommodating for a short layover in Tahiti. It is very close to the airport. We then flew into Bora Bora and went to Sofitel Motu. This place is very remote and small. Perfect for a complete getaway and if you are looking for isolation. If you are looking for more action and events I would not recommend the Motu. However, its sister resort is accessible by boat, which has shows, restaurants and other activities. There were probably only 5 other couples on the island. We loved it though; it was exactly what we wanted. The snorkeling around the Motu is by far beyond anything imaginable. You just dive off your over water bungalow and swim to the coral. This is the only resort that has direct access to the best coral in Bora Bora. I would highly recommend this resort. The rooms were amazing, new and very decorative.

Le Meridien Bora Bora then picked us up on a private boat to transfer us to their resort about midweek. This resort was bigger, loosing the quaint and isolated feel. But for a change in pace it was nice. The rooms are not as nice as the Motu but still exceeded our expectations. We had a beach bungalow, which I thought was nice due to the A/C. This did not have the snorkeling but it was enjoyable because you could explore the ocean side as well as the lagoon. If we could do it over, I think we would of stayed at the Motu for the entire week. We just loved the Motu. What I liked about the two resorts was they are both private islands, only accessible by boat from the mainland.

The whole trip was great. Everything was seamless and the resorts were accommodating in every way. The locals are great, it is nothing like the Caribbean where everybody is hassling you for money or trying to sell you something. Our favorite restaurant was Bloody Mary's. The only excursion we did was the 4x4 safari. I highly recommend this to your clients. It was very cheap and highly worth it. I would also recommend Air Tahiti. The plane was brand new; I've never been on a nicer plane and the staff was great.

Thank you for making this an amazing trip. Everything was perfect from the accommodations to the location and all the travel arrangements. Thanks for everything; hopefully we can do it again. If you need a reference, please don't hesitate to call on me. You did an AWESOME job.

Regards,
Garrett M. (Temecula, California)

Just a quick note to tell you how absolutely wonderful our trip to Tahiti was. It was just about perfect. The Beachcomber Moorea was fabulous and we were treated like VIPs. I can't believe how beautiful Tahiti is. We were also very impressed with how smoothly all the transfers were. They were waiting for us! Air Tahiti was almost like flying first class. Did you know the attendants actually start out in suits, change to island dress, then change back for the landing?

I can't thank you enough for guiding us and helping us plan this vacation. Your travel company is first class and your are the best agent! I'll send you pictures as soon as we get them in!

Thank you for working with us on our Moorea and Bora Bora trip. Everything went smoothly and the trip was wonderful. Our appreciation to you and your team for your price matching, booking on such short notice and the wonderful surprises of champagne upon our arrival and overall departure. Unfortunately, since my wife is pregnant, she couldn't indulge, but she was grateful nevertheless! (well, unfortunate for her, that is!) It's touches like that that make a good trip great.

Thanks again and look forward to working with you again in the future.

McCoy Travel - thanks for everything. The honeymoon went great. Bora Bora was absolutely breathtaking. The Bora Bora Pearl Beach Resort was the best. Everyone was friendly and very responsive. Moorea was a step down but still beautiful. Moorea Beachcomber was nice but could not compare to the Pearl Beach in Bora Bora. Beachcomber in Tahiti was beautiful, we toured the city and managed to get a great deal on pearls.

You did a great job but you did not warn me about the food prices, especially Bora Bora. For example, cheeseburger and fries $28 or a regular breakfast $65 for two. Again, I would like to thank you for making my honeymoon the best!

Sincerely,

Kendrick L. (Douglasville, Georgia)

I just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time in Maui. We loved the Maui Prince. We appreciated it even more after we visited the Westin. What a zoo! They had some construction going on and the noise was terrible. My mom absolutely loved the beach at the Prince. I think she was out there every day! Dave had a great time snorkeling right in front of the hotel. The wedding turned out perfectly. Cece at Hawaiian Style Weddings is just great. And, the grounds at the Sea Watch are gorgeous. We couldn't have been happier (except, next time we might save up for a direct flight. Whew! What a long trip.)

Anyways, thanks again!

Aloha Melissa, Ron, and all of the wonderful McCoy Travel Staff:

Words cannot express our awe at the beauty of your islands and the kindness of your people! Although we have been back in Israel for quite some days, we have not yet "landed" from the dreamland of Hawaii. We enjoyed 3 weeks of never-ending beaches, wild lanscapes, gourmet meals, and friendly smiles on O'ahu, Kauai, Maui, the Big Island of Hawaii, and Lanai. From reading books on white sandy beaches to our helicopter ride, sunrise breakfast and luau ...our vacation was like a second honeymoon. Although all of the hotels were wonderful in style and location, the Princeville Resort in Kauai was definitely outstanding. We only wish that we had had a bit more time to stay in Maui instead of going to Lanai (although the hotel was amazing there and so were the locals). We would have liked taking a day cruise from Maui to Moloka'i, but now we have reason to return. We also were very upset that the weather prevented us from taking the helicopter ride over the Big Island. We had been very anxious to experience the landscape of this volcanic island from above but for two days straight the flight was cancelled - at least we sampled this experience in Kauai and it was well worth every penny.

We were so impressed with the fantastic coordination of Mc Coy Travel throughout the itinerary and can definitely recommend your company to our friends for their future travels.

Mahalo and thanks again for everything!

Just a quick note to say thank you for planning our wonderful honeymoon! We will be sending more customers your way...we had the best time. The Hyatt in Kauai was a dream, although i think we will go Four Seasons next time we stay in Maui. The Hyatt in Maui was a bit too much of a high rise, but you
were right about the pool....so much fun!

Sue - Hello! Honestly, everything turned out wonderful. When we arrived at the Hyatt Maui , they not only had all of our reservations right, they upgraded us to a suite Thurs. and Friday so we wouldn't have to change rooms on Saturday. It was awesome!!! We were so happy we did a dorky happy dance when we saw the suite. I also sent Melissa, Dory (room coord.) and Leilani (front desk) a small token of our appreciation. The Suite was so beautiful! The wedding turned out great, and the pictures came out even better than we had hoped! The food was great at the Kaanapali Hotel. Everyone raved about it's quality and taste. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for anything to go any better!!! It was extraordinary...now I know why you live there. We didn't want to come home. We were in love, and Dave even fit in as one of the locals. I appreciate all of your patience in not only handling all of my questions and indecisiveness, but that of all my guests who used you as well. We are very grateful for your efforts and patience. Thank you.

Just wanted to say thank you for helping me out so quickly and courteously!

You were amazing, and cannot thank you enough for making travel arrangements for me yesterday, when I thought I was out of luck. McCoy Travel booked my trip with lightening speed and was so helpful, it was beyond belief. I received all the itinerary for the trip 5 mins after I inquired about the package. It made me feel so much more comfortable using an online travel agent, knowing I have someone I can trust and can answer all my questions.

I just want to also make sure and confirm that your agency will do it's best to try and make my hotel stay in Maui as nice as possible. I have heard stories from close friends of mine that when you book online the agency could care less about if the hotel treats its' customers with respect and may not deliver what was promised in the itinerary. I know at some point it is out of the travel agent's hands, but I would love to have the agency just call ahead to the hotel(s) where I will be staying just to make sure everything will be taken care of the right way, and if there is anything else (upgrades) possible.

Thank you so much for all the great information on the website and the wonderful experience booking with McCoy Travel .

Regards,

Matthew N. (Brooklyn, New York)

Hi Sue,

Thanks for your help in planning the honeymoon -- we had a fabulous time. Suz and I talked about it and decided that both places were great in their own way. Manele Bay was just what we needed at the time
we went there. We just relaxed the whole time.

The Kea Lani was fantastic and perhaps was the one I personally liked more. There is a lot more to do at the Kea Lani and the suite we had was really excellent. We thought that it was like an apartment and
that we could have lived in it for a while. It came equipped with a cd player and sterreo (which Manele Bay didn't have) and we really liked that. The water slide is awesome too. :)

One other thing was the overpriced food at both the hotels. Now don't get me wrong, I don't mind paying for a good meal out and do it all the time here at home. But why do these hotels have to charge $15 for a
hamberger and $17 for an omlette? At least if it was the most amazing hamberger ever I could live with it. Anyway my point is that on Maui it was so much easier to avoid eating at the hotel that it was not even
an issue. On Lanai though it was the only thing that was sort of a concern to us. The complimentary breakfeast was also better at the Kea Lani.

Anyway, enough complaining. Really it was a really really great trip and both enjoyed ourselves very much. Thanks again! :)

Dear Mccoy Travel:

I found your company by accident checking the Internet for last minute travel deals and availability. I found your company and decided to make the call. For the first time in a very long time I found a very helpful, kind, entertaining agent who by far went the extra mile to help me. I have traveled the world over and this was our 11th trip to Hawaii. You found the perfect resort for my family, recommended amazing restaurants and took care of all our travel needs. All this last minute. We booked on a Wednesday and flew to Maui on Sunday.

We will be traveling soon, I turn 40 next year and thinking of booking a big travel trip with friends, somewhere warm and tropical. I might have to call again to work your magic. I will not wait until the last minute, promise!!!

Many, many, thanks.

Aloha Trish!
We are back from our vacation and had a most wonderful time. It was the best, most fun vacation we've had! Both condos on each island were very good. The Maui Hill had an earthy, cozy, homey setting, while the Kanaloa at Kona was really nice with it's gorgeous direct ocean view, and the rooms and amenities at both places were excellent. The Kanaloa even had a rice cooker, can u believe that? haha!

What a surprise to receive your box of cholcolate macadamias and mac nut pie on 8/18, in the middle of our trip. It was Walter Louie's birthday! What good timing! We enjoyed the goodies, thank you for the thoughtful gift we enjoyed it.

In Maui we got Chevrolet Cavaliers, but on Big Island Avis gave us a free upgrade to Pontiac Grand which had v-6 engines, so more power! Yay! Everything was smooth, the plane ride, the car rentals, and the condo.

On Big Island, the snorkeling was great at Kahulu'u Beach, very calm waters so even kids and non-swimmers could actually snorkel and see lots of fish. We saw giant turtles there too! It was amazing! Kanaloa had bucket of sand tools which the kids brought to dig sand castles. Our lanai was right there
at the rocks of the beach, yes "right there" at the edge! With the waves crashing and pounding in with such beauty. Just like in the movies, only it was real! We've never had a hotel or unit right at the ocean like this, we were all oo-ing and ahh-ing at the view and esp the sunsets!

At Maui, the kids loved Big Beach, especially the big waves that gushed in like Hawaii 5-0. There were lots of kids boogie boarding and riding the waves onto the beach. Our unit at Maui Hill had 2 boogie boards in the closet so our kids brought those. We didn't know it would have a full stereo and even a DVD and VHS player and 4 yes 4 TVs! Also went to Haleakala, and Road to Hana to see 7 pools (although our son got carsick). Those darn winding roads!

I just wanted to say thank you for arranging our trip from all of us, Szus and Louies. We all had a blast.

Aloha and Mahalo!

Mark,

We had a great trip in Hawaii! We really liked the Marriot in Kauai and did the Ocean Kayak, took a surf lesson, pedaled down from Waimea Canyon, read a lot at the beach and just really had a great time. Also the food was great at Dukes, the Beach House and we even found a great Sushi place at Kintaros! My only regret was not playing golf at their golf course, but I did not want to test my back. The Big Island was also great and really a fascinating geological treasure! We hiked almost to the top of Mauna Loa, visited the Volcano National Park, I played golf on their beach course. We also enjoyed the amenities at the Hilton Waikoloa Resort – the dolphins were great, the Luau was okay, and the put-put, hammocks…made things very comfortable.

We found Hawaii a great place to visit with great people and service.
Thanks for setting this up,

Not quite settled back into normal life since I've been traveling for the past week and a half for work, but it's all good.

The honeymoon was fantastic - everything was just great. Hotels were great and the construction at the Hyatt in Kauai didn't disturb us at all!

Thank you for the goodies you had delivered to us at both locations. That was very thoughtful of you and we absolutely loved the caramel corn with macadamia nuts (we even brought some home)!!

Thanks again for everything and helping it all go so smoothly. It was very nice to just relax knowing that you had taken such good care of all the details!

Hopefully we'll do business again when we make a return trip to the Pacific!

The Royal Hawaiian was terrific. We went to the Luau the first night we were there and were treated to some "special guests". They were filming a Brandy Bunch reunion special, so the cast members were all on stage and were at the hotel during our entire stay. Kinda cheesy, kinda funny! The romance package was fabulous ... The catamaran cruise was actually an hour and half and we got some great views of Waikiki. We had a huge breakfast everyday either through room service or in the Surf Room and a great dinner in the Surf Room on the 4th of July.

Tahiti Honeymoon - Bora Bora & MooreaMoorea and Bora Bora were unreal. You see pictures and you can't imagine that there's anything that beautiful. Then you get there and it's 10 times better!!! Moorea was nice, but we both definitely preferred Bora Bora. The Sofitel Motu was just unbelievable. Gorgeous rooms, very personalized service and great snorkeling right off our deck!!! It was definitely the highlight of our trip. Incidentally, if you have more clients staying at the Sofitel Motu, there is a great snorkeling spot on the backside of the island. Huge corals (at least 15 feet tall!), beautiful fish ... we even saw a stingray and a couple moray eels on our own!

Thanks so much for all the effort you put into this trip. All our flights/transfers/ excursions went so smoothly that we really didn't have to worry about a thing. By far the best vacation I've been on. I've been recommending you to everyone who will listen!! :O)

Thanks again!

Our family booked our 2nd vacation with Gay at McCoy and we couldn’t be happier. Gay worked hard to get us a great deal again this year at the Fairmont Kea Lani Resort, (including securing the corner rooms for us so that we could close the outside hallway doors and leave our room doors open so the kids could go back and forth between rooms). and the best airfare and car rental rate. We love the Kea Lani and hope to make this a family tradition. I have recommended Gay to others and will continue to do so.

Thank you,

McCoy Travel -

Where to begin...
We always leave our Hawaiian va-ca's a little better off for having visited. Too much stress in your day, sail away with Captn' Sundown on your mental catamaran, loaded with happy people and guided by glistening dolphins. The sea sprayed breeze cools your temper as memories get you through that hectic business day. Yes, I guess you could say we had a great time! My daughter may never be a world class surf babe...but it was worth the try. All of our expectations were met, if not exceeded. Pinch me, we travel with McCoy's only! And a return trip isn't close enough for me.

Keep up the Aloha...

Aloha!
I just want to take the time to say my sincerest thank you to your company for helping my husband and I make our "weddingmoon" the most excellent experience of our lives. Gay Partin was extremely helpful and had much patience in dealing with every little detail. She even met us at the airport. She is so sweet!
She really worked hard for us and our family and she deserves some recognition! She gave us wonderful suggestions, like the Hotel Hana Maui! That, I must say, was the PERFECT ending to our PERFECT trip!! That was so relaxing and we enjoyed it so much. The cottage was adorable! The people were great! Everything about Maui was absolutely something NEVER to forget.

We look forward to coming back. Thank you again!

Aloha Sue!

Our honeymoon was absolutely awesome. We really enjoyed both islands but Kauai was our favorite. The Secret Beach Cottage (Hale Lani) is a beautiful place and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The cottage had every amenity and was well maintained. I was impressed with the décor and the comforts of home. Chris and I bought some groceries so it was convenient for us to make a small breakfast and lunch and then cook dinner. The property is extremely private, well maintained and just beautiful. Hale Lani is perfect for honeymoon couples looking to relax and share some romantic times together. The walk to the beach is about 15 minutes down a path and we really enjoyed it because at any given time, there were no more than 10 people on Secret Beach so it was very private. On Kauai we hiked the Kaualua trail which provided for a good hike and we also took a zodiac boat to the Napali coast. The boat ride was fun but it was very rough and I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who doesn’t like getting tossed around for 6 hours.

We also enjoyed the Westin in Maui. Our room was a partial ocean view room which we were fine with. The hotel was beautiful and I’m glad that we stayed there first. Since we were honeymooners, we wanted to relax and sleep out by the pool. The hotel was quite crowded because it was the 4th of July holiday so we did contend with many families but we completely understood that it was a busy time of the season. In Maui, we did a lot more which included the Old Lahaina Luau, sunset catamaran cruise, Mount Haleakala at Sunrise, and the Road to Hana. We did explore the many beauties of Maui and it was good that we did more there because we certainly relaxed in Kauai.

In hindsight, we would have done two things differently.

We decided to travel from the East Coast to Hawaii in one day. By doing this, we left Philadelphia on a Sunday morning and finally arrived at the Westin at 9 PM Maui time which was 3 AM according to our clocks. We wasted all of Sunday. We regret not flying to Los Angeles on a Saturday night and staying over in a hotel. We could have gotten up on Sunday morning and flew to Maui and still had most of the day to settle in. We also regret not visiting Oahu while we stayed in Maui. We visited Oahu on Friday. We flew from Kauai to Oahu in the AM, toured the island and then took a red eye at 10 PM back to LA, then we had a layover and flew to Philadelphia. We basically traveled for 2 days and hardly slept. Therefore, I would not recommend making Oahu a separate trip. It could easily be a day trip while you’re staying on another island.

Sue, we do have to ask you something. Since we’ve gotten home, we had bad luck and a few strange things happen to us. We’ve learned that bringing back lava rocks is bad luck. Well……..we brought some home. What can we do to give these darn rocks back to Hawaii. It’s impossible for us to travel back there so what are our options? So far, our mirror fell off the wall and shattered, Chris had a flat tire, I had tar all over my tire, and our good friend had his windshield cracked (after we visited them). We would be happy to take any suggestions.

Have a great day.

I just wanted to thank you for the truly outstanding job you did planning our Hawaii vacation. The hotels were gorgeous, the rooms were just as promised, rates were very competitive, the cars were there on time, waiting for us at the airport. We also received a complimentary room upgrade to one bedroom ocean view at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, which was a huge bonus. At every hotel we got something special for our anniversary - a bottle of champagne, a passion fruit cake, complimentary drinks, etc. I will definitely use you again in the future.

This vacation was one of the best ones we've had just yet. Thank you for making it happen.

Melissa McCoy,

First let me thank Mike for all his hard work and attention to detail in making our arrangements just perfect in Maui. This was a special occasion celebrating my oldest sons graduation from College at UCI. We also owed his younger brother a trip from 2 years ago when he graduated from High School. All their plans for the follow-up trip to Fiji worked out really great too. They wished they could have surfed more ... that was there only complaint. They loved the people, the resort and especially the beauty and the wonderful color of the water.

Please pass along our very special thanks to Mike and let him know our youngest Hawaii Tripson will graduate in 2 more years ... we just may need to do this again. .... and again and again and again.

Here is a picture to hang on the happy customer wall. We had a professional, Hopsing Coon come to the Hotel to shoot these for us and he was great. It is a wonderful idea to get a family picture while in Maui and may I suggest Hopsing Coon.

Best regards,

Ms. McCoy;

I apologize for the delay in sending this response and commendation to your staff for their outstanding assistance and interest in making our vacation very special and an experience we will always remember.

Special thanks goes to Mark C. for his attention to detail and constant concern that all my questions and needs were fully satisfied. Even when he had to be out of the office he gave me a contact name (Ron W.) and cell phone number.

All my paperwork was in order and between Mark and I we were able to change the seating on all segments from that originally assigned by United. Mark found us a great deal at a wonderful resort at the Westin Maui. We could not have been more pleased.

Please accept our thanks to you, your company and staff. I have already referred two different attorney friends to Mark that are planning a Hawaii vacation soon.

Please pass this on to Mark.

Dear Melissa & Trish,

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the Macadamia Nut popcorn you sent to our room on Maui....we definitely enjoyed it and ended up buying more to take home to our friends! Thank you so much for thinking of us. I'd also like to thank you for our wonderful weddingmoon trip to Hawaii! We took the 11-day Perillo Tour of Oahu, Kauai, and Maui. I've attached a few pictures for you!

Trish Naso was our first great experience and everything just kept getting better from there. Trish was hugely helpful to us. Neither my husband, Clyde, or I had ever been to Hawaii, travelled with a tour group, or planned a long-distance wedding! Since the wedding was to take place on Maui, I needed some help with the scheduling for that island. Trish worked with Larry at Perillo to get all the additional details I needed to plan our wedding around the tour. I realize it is Trish's job to be good to her
clients but I now consider Trish as not just my travel agent but also a real friend. She is terrific!

Waikiki Beach

Anthony and Larry from Perillo were amazing as well. We went with the land-only pakage so we arrived on our own at the Hyatt in Oahu. The bellman immediately noticed our Perillo Tours luggage tags and took care of us at the curb. We had barely made it to the front desk when Anthony
appeared out of nowhere and greeted us by name. The trip only got better from there.

Larry was a huge help to us, especially on Maui. I had someone coming to our room to do my hair, makeup, and help me dress for the wedding. We weren't sure what Clyde was going to do while I got ready, but Larry stepped in and invited Clyde to use his room to dress. We were married at Wailea Beach at sunset and everything was beautiful. When we returned to the Hyatt for dinner at Swan Court, we learned that Larry had arranged for us to have a beautiful table. The entire tour group waited for us at the restaurant and when we walked down the stairs, they cheered and clapped; it was great! Some of our fellow tour guests even gave us little gifts!

Wailea Sunset Wedding

The tour itself was incredible! The food, the service, the transportation, the accomodations were all excellent. It seemed that they thought of everything! I really enjoyed the organization of being with a tour group, yet we felt very free to do what we wanted. We missed a few of the attractions on Maui because of our wedding plans, but the attractions we did get to see on Oahu and Kauai were wonderful. The only thing we noted was that the food and drink choices on Kauai were a bit more restricted than the other two islands. We weren't sure if was a Hyatt vs. Sheraton thing or if it was because of the more remote situation on Kauai. Regardless of the cause, we did not find it to be that big of a deal and everything was still exceptionally good.

Wailea Wedding

We had a wonderful, wonderful time. For Clyde, surfing for the first time at Waikiki was a huge highpoint. We also both loved the helicopter tour on Kauai. But I must say Maui was by far our favorite island....we are seriously considering moving there if we can figure out what to do for a living!

Clyde and I feel we have stumbled upon a true gold mine.... not just Perillo Tours but Trish Naso & McCoy Travel. We love to travel and when we get ready for our our next trip we will definitely be calling Trish to help us with our plans.

Aloha and Mahalo Nui Loa!

Hi Trish,

I just wanted to take the opportunity to drop you a quick note now that Lori and I are back from our honeymoon. We had a wonderful time and I wanted to thank you so much for all of your help, effort and advice. Even though you did not originally book our trip, I really appreciate that you took the time and effort to make sure that you answered all of our questions and helped us deal with any issues that arose. You clearly did not have to make that effort but I want you to know how much we appreciate it and the difference that it made. Also, thank you so much for the nice gifts that you sent to Lori and I in our rooms at the Hyatt Regency Maui and Fairmont Kea Lani. We really enjoyed them! I will definitely call you before our next trip to Hawaii (hopefully soon!!) and will highly recommend you to all of my other east coast friends!! Thanks again.

Best regards,

Dear Melissa,

I want you to personally know how happy both my husband and I were with everything your agency did for us. I have already E-mailed Trish and have personally spoke to her. Your agency is very lucky to have such a wonderful, dedicated employee. I cannot speak enough about Trish. She helped with our itinerary and between both myself and Trish's valued suggestions, we had a wonderful time. The hotels/condos booked were all outstanding and we were very happy with all accommodations. Our airline transfers went through without a hitch. We were very pleased. We were happy with our rental vehicles too. Trish gave us hints on excursions we should not miss. We were so very happy with everything.

Our favorite island was Kauai. We loved this island because it was more primitive and compact. Loved the Napali Coast and the northern part of the island by Princeville and Hanalei Bay. We also enjoyed the Big Island because it had a lot to offer. We explored the Volcano Region (walked the Volcano at night which was so awesome), and loved the beaches for snorkeling. Maui was also great. Kaanapali is where we stayed on this side of the island and it was perfect because it was so centrally located. We liked the town of Lahaina, and enjoyed the galleries and shopping there. Our favorite part of the island was the Hana side because of the lush vegetation and the rainforest region. We liked the middle section of the island towards Haleakala. We liked Tedeschi Vineyards and Winery and historic Makawao and Paia.

I also want to thank Ron for his phone call a few days before our trip. He went out of his way to make a personal phone call and gave his cell phone number in case we had any problems with the itinerary. This, I thought, was so extraordinary. We had a nice conversation about our upcoming trip and he even gave his suggestions. After I hung up with Ron, it confirmed to me again that I made the right decision to use your agency.

I already gave a few friends your agency's name and Trish's name for a contact, and I hope you get the additional business from them. Thank you again, and as I indicated to Trish, we will definitely consider using your agency again in the future (probably in the fall when we will travel again).

Thank you for your follow up E-mail.

Fondly -

Hi Sue,

We had an absolutely wonderful time!! We just fell in love with Hawaii--it's so beautiful and so lush! The Fairmont Kea Lani was great. We loved our room-it was huge, just like you said. And there were lots of things to do there. We really liked their beach, plus their multi-level pools with the waterslide. We went snorkeling and really enjoyed that too, especially seeing the sea turtles. And we went to the Old Lahaina Luau, which we thought was excellent. All in all, we had a wonderful honeymoon and can't wait to go back.

Thank you for all your help putting it together! We're already talking about our next trip there, so we'll definitely call you when we can take the time off to go again. Please let me know of any specials, etc that come up, and I hope that we'll be talking again soon.

Thank you! It really was a great trip, and we appreciate your putting it together for us.

Sincerely,

Aloha Sue-

We had a FANTASTIC week in Kauai!! We did not want to leave, and now we are considering spending my internship year in Hawaii (there are a few sites I can apply on Oahu).
The Sheraton Kauai was in a great location, comfortable, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the recommendation due to the wonderful, swimmable beach it sits on. I was even able to do yoga some mornings right in front of the hotel/beach!! We also LOVED the mai tai hour in the evenings.
We explored the entire island and did not encounter anything that we did not like. The highlight of our trip was the helicoptor tour. But we enjoyed snorkeling (Tunnels beach is the BEST!), hiking the Kalalau Trail, kayaking on the Wailua river, eating shave ice, and just sunning/swimming on all of the amazing beaches. We thought that Hanalei is a gem of a town, and the Na Pali coast something that we'll never forget.

We ate at some great restaurants (Postcards had the best food, the Beach House had the best view, and Tidepools had the most romantic atmosphere). We stumbled upon the restaurant at the Plantation House, next door to the Sheraton, which had good food and was very convenient (no driving!!).

Thank you so much for helping us create such a wonderful trip. Stuart and I will never forget it. We agreed that it was one of our best vacations ever! I will certainly be passing on your name/info. to other people interested in vacationing in Hawaii. I know my Dad has already been bugging me for all of your information.

Sue...

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! I can't tell you how much fun we had. I sincerely appreciate you for convincing me to stay with the Fairmont Kea Lani rather than the Four Seasons. Aaron and I walked over there one day and were trying to find where the "nicer" pool was...when there wasn't any other pool!!!! The Kea Lani is one of the best hotels we've EVER stayed in. The service is outstanding and our room was absolutely out of this world (we had an outstanding view of the ocean!). In addition, we absolutely loved the Hyatt Regency Maui - totally exceeding our expectations! HUGE fans of the pool and SLIDE! After doing the Road to Hana, we realized that we could have just stayed at the Hyatt pool to enjoy the same type of waterfalls we experienced along the way without hurting our feet on the rocks underneath.

What a memorable trip and we couldn't have done it without you! Thanks so much!

Hello and Greetings,

I just wanted to take this time to say how much I appreciate and enjoyed working with one of your "Star" agents. What a delightful person she is. She was very sweet and friendly and she made me feel so comforted and reassured with my travel plans. Especially, since I will be on my Honeymoon--I can be very picky. When you spend a lot of money you want the best so, I can get very "exact" about everything as one should. However, she was going all out to really "please" me and my future husband.

I look forward to going on further vacations with McCoy Travel so thank you for such a job well done.

Trish, hello from Hana, on the 22nd of May. Thanks so much for the lovely gift waiting for us in the room. We will enjoy eating it. Couldn't email until now in Hana. Internet so expensive here on the islands. Kauai was reasonable. We had a very wonderful time and both my husband Bill and I thank you ever so much. You did great and booked us in wonderful places. We enjoyed the Big Island a lot and love the Ohana Keaheahou Resort. They upgraded us to an oceanview room because we wanted a king bed, everyone there was spectacular. Both my hubby and I recommend it to you to book other people there. At the Kannapali Villas, we were also upgraded because we wanted a king size bed, we got a one bedroom garden view room. It was so wonderful and comfy. Mind you this and the Ohana did not cost us any extra.

Everyone on the islands are so friendly and wonderful. Yes, we walked the volcano in the evening, what a hike! It was super, a little dangerous, but glad we did it. We did awesome snorkeling on Maui and the Big Island. Where we stayed at the Ohana on the Big Island right next door was a great cove beach bay and we saw so much. Between Kauai the Big Island and Maui, we saw so many turtles, too many to count

We both thank you so very much for your tips and your recommendations. We are now in Hana and it is so peaceful. We hope to possibly snorkel for the last time tomorrow, but we booked a lava tube walk - so we will see what happens. We also did the Mamas Fish House on Tuesday evening. It was wonderful. We plan to eat there again on Saturday before leaving. Thanks again.! Sorry we didn't get a chance to meet in person, had so much to do. But, I plan to call you when we get back to thank you and to start planning our next wonderful vacation. Thanks again.

Aloha, Sue --

We just wanted to thank you for your help in planning our vacation. We loved the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai— it was restful and lovely and the service was excellent. Tom was able to get some rest and work on healing, which was just what we needed for this trip. It was very helpful to have your recommendations and assessments of the various places we considered — your description of Hualalai was extremely accurate. And thank you also for the champagne — it was a wonderful extra gift when we arrived — and very much appreciated.

You can plan on hearing from us in the future.

McCoy Travel ,

I have been meaning to write and tell you about what a wonderful time we had! But as soon as we got home we left again for Indiania to watch our son graduate from college.

To be quite honest, my husband wasn't really looking forward to the trip. He is more of a Colorado, Canada, maybe Alaska kind of guy. But, we both enjoyed ourselves so much, that he is already talking about a trip back to your beautiful state. The scenery was amazing, the weather perfect, and there was an endless supply of interesting things to do. But the highlight was of course, the chocolate macadamia nuts that you sent to us! :)

Seriously though, your help with our travel plans made things so much more enjoyable for us! Mahalo!

Hi Trish!
I have been meaning to send you a letter, but things have been pretty crazy around here! We had a wonderful time on both islands. We loved the serenity of the Maui Prince Resort, and the beauty of the Sheraton in Kauai. I don't think there are very many stones we left unturned on either island!

On Maui, we went to Molokini to snorkel (we came across a white tip reef shark, yikes!!). We traveled the road to Hana, and took the back roads back. That was an adventure in itself! The map that Annette sent us was a wonderful guide on our trip to Hana. The Old Lahaina Luau was awesome! We did a lot of snorkeling in Maui right out of the hotel. Tom and I were out one afternoon, and came across some friendly sea turtles that let us swim with them for awhile. :) We really enjoyed ourselves.

In Kauai, we drove to the west end, went mudslinging through sugar cane fields, and ended up at a pristine white sand beach at the end of the Napali Coast. It was gorgeous! When we got back from the beach, you couldn't even see the color of the Jeep it was so covered in mud! We also drove up to the North Shore and saw many waterfalls, the lighthouse, as well as amazing views, and beautiful beaches. The day before we left Kauai, we actually relaxed by the pool the whole day.

We had an amazing time on both islands. I wanted to thank you for the gifts you left at the hotels for us, as well as for planning such a wonderful vacation for us to enjoy. We couldn't have planned it so perfectly without you!!

Mahalo!

When I stumbled upon your agency on the internet, I had no idea what type of service I would get. I was thrilled to learn that you have many years of experience on Maui. It was a joy working with one of your agents to find just the right property for my family's spring break vacation .. he was a professional that went above and beyond to locate just the right place for us. Since this area is home, he went on to recommend local beaches, restaurants and experiences on the island that we would not want to miss during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back again and again for years to come. Thank you McCoy Travel for one of our family's best vacations ever!

Hi Sue,

Thank you for your phone call many weeks ago! We had a wonderful time in Hawaii. The trip went so smoothly. Our reservations were all perfect, we were greeted warmly, and champagne was wating in each hotel room. We especailly loved the Hana Maui. I would have liked to stay longer. The sea ranch cottage we stayed in was gorgeous, very well appointed and the grounds are lovely. We also happened to be there on a very sunny day.

We also loved the Four Seasons on Maui - perfect first stop after the business of the wedding. At the last minute we changed hotels in Kauai and stayed at the Princeville Kauai Resort because we wanted to be on the north shore. Making the change was easy and professionally handled by the company you use. We loved the area, hotel was very nice (although a bit big for us), very friendly, and wonderful breakfast buffet (definitely gained weight munching there).

Thank you for all you did to make our honeymoon so special. We will be in contact with you when we plan our next visit. Actually, what we'd like to do is go back to Kauai and rent a condo or house on the north shore near the Princeville. And I'd also like to visit the Big Island. And, we still want to visit Fiji! So many great trips to take.
I hope married life is wonderful for you!

Best wishes,

I just wanted to send a few comments from a trip I just booked with your agency…

Within a few days, I had a FABULOUS trip set up by her for my parents, two sisters, and myself to Hawaii over Christmas 2003. Because I was responsible for booking all of us, I was quite picky about the sites, etc., but you came through with flying colours and was steps ahead of the game with great ideas for the trip of a lifetime. Thanks for all your help and support!

From the leather folder everything came in to all of the information on the island you sent along with it, everything was perfect start to finish. You will definitely be booking another trip for us in the future!

We could not have picked a better place to get married. You have an unbelievable island. I'm so glad we got to experience all it has to offer. It was the best two weeks of our lives!!! There was so much to see and do, I could have stayed forever!

Dear Melissa:

A few days ago, I called your agency for help with my upcoming vacation to Hawaii. I had already done a bit of research and had made some room reservations of my own.

Well, when one of your agents picked up the phone, I did not realize how lucky my week had just become! After asking a few questions and receiving some much appreciated guidance, we hung up -- with a promise of a call back with rates.

I can't tell you how many other agencies have made that same promise...HOWEVER, you were true to your word. I heard back from you almost immediately! The best part, is that your ates were more competitive than the rates that I had already received.

Again, I was completely and totally impressed with the highest level of speedy customer service that I have seen in a long time (and, I am in the service industry myself...so, it means a lot to me)!

You consistently exceeded my expectations...responding to each and every e-mail question that I could possibly think of -- all with incredible speed.

I decided to give all my remaining business to your agency. Now that my itinerary appears to be complete, I thought that you should know how much I appreciate your hard work. I will recommend McCoy Travel to anyone and everyone that I know that even thinks of going on a trip to any of your covered destinations.

Thanks to your agency.

Maui Vacation

Hi Mark,

Hello Melissa,

I am writing to let you know that my husband and I just came back from 2 glorious weeks in Hawaii thanks to the incredible work of Sue Every single bit of our trip went off without a hitch and we couldn't have been happier. We stayed at the Hyatt at Kauai, flew to Lanai and stayed at The Lodge, and then took a boat to Maui. She was so professional and attentive to our needs at ALL times. I couldn't have possibly asked her more questions and advice and she was nothing but a true professional. I have already recommended her to several of my friends getting married in NYC.

Words cannot express how happy we were with her service. She is incredible!!

Thank you for making our honeymoon so special.

McCoy Travel ,

You have been on my mind for a while, and now that I am back from Hawaii, I just wanted to say THANK YOU for a wonderfully planned trip. We received all your notes and faxes, and everything was as it was stated on the papers. Thank you for making my honeymoon spectacular. The Kapalua Bay Hotel in Maui was just something so special, and the Kiahuna Plantations in Kauai was just what we wanted after a week of eating out all the time in Maui. You gave great recommendations, and I truly appreciate it. But besides your top professional conduct, thank you for your politeness and follow-up with everything I asked.

You were the fourth travel agency I worked with online, and I settled on you because you were not pushy and you were so accommodating. I will definitely be recommending McCoy Travel to other people.

Thank you again!!!

McCoy Travel ,

I want to express my sincere appreciation for ALL your help in planning my parents surprise Christmas gift. They absolutely love Hawaii and the package you put together was more than perfect. Your level of professionalism and attention to detail were unbelievable. Coming from the service industry, we also push for great customer service. Our business would be a lot easier if we could find employees like you :) You and Aloha Destinations have dispelled any fears I had in contacting a remote agency for planning travel.

Thanks so much,

Good afternoon Ms. McCoy

My name is Peter D. and I am from Boston, Massachusetts. Your company was referred to me by a friend of mine who has a family member who used your company in the past. The woman I spoke with, Trish N. , has been great. She has gone back several times and changed our plans to make our trip fit our specific needs. I work in a customer service oriented business so I know what it is like as far as trying to keep the client happy. I also know that you usually do not hear from the client unless they are not happy. This is not the case. My future wife and I definitely plan on using your company for our honeymoon. I have full confidence that when we arrive everything will be as described. Trish should definitely get a "good job" from yourself. She is pleasant and very personable. Wish I had more people like that working for me! Again, thank you for helping us book the only vacation I have been on in 3 years! I look forward to working with Trish N. in finalizing our trip as well as enjoying your beautiful state. Take care and thanks again.

Sincerely
Peter and Kristin D (Boston, Massachusetts)

Hello Everyone at McCoy Travel,

We had a great time at the Kaanapali Shores 1/15-1/25. You arranged everything for Maui Vacationus and was very patient after I changed our plans 100 times! The condo was perfect for our family. The Kona winds kept us cool and so did the Lava Flows! We didn't get to snorkel much because the surf was pretty rough the whole time we were there. My husband went on two diving trips with Lahaina Divers, both to Molokini. He had a great time and saw a lot of whales on the way. We went to a luau at Royal Lahaina Resort and enjoyed it very much. It was small and by booking through our concierge we had seats in the front row. We also took a drive to the winery and visited the aquarium.

With two two-year olds, our trip was pretty laid back as far as sightseeing. We pretty much stayed around the condo and swam in the pool. Thank you very much for arranging this vacation. We'll be back! The picture attached is of my family at the Royal Lahaina Luau.

I also wanted to take a minute and say thanks so much for all your help! I know we didn't have an absorbent amount to spend on a honeymoon and you made me feel just as important and excited about this trip as if I had $15,000 to spend!! I appreciate your patience with me and my silly questions!! Last but not least, thanks for the extra efforts you have been doing for us to try to get our room upgraded and all the little things I have no idea about!!

Hello from cold and snowy Indiana. We would like to share with you how pleased we are with the service we received in planning our trip to the islands. Beth has been wonderful in all aspects of our travel planning. She not only has been efficient, accurate, and prompt... but has also gone above and beyond to answer our many questions and requests (and we did have many!). We have recommended her to several future travelers already. We felt like we were her only clients! If you need any further information, feel free to contact us. Minerva ,

We had the most incredible Thanksgiving in Kauaii!!! I am in love with Hawaii. We did everything we wanted and met some wonderful people during our stay. I can't thank you enough for making our "little surprise" to our husbands such a smooth getaway. They have already surrendered that they could never plan something as romantic and exciting as our trip. My mom and I were giving the hang loose sign to each other over and over. It really was a success! And to think my dad thought he was going to San Antonio!!!

Ron,

Our trip was absolutely great and I especially want to thank you for matching us with accomodations both on Oahu and Maui that were perfect for us. When we originally called we indicated that we were nature people, not night life people and the choices you made were perfect, Turtle Bay Resort was totally away from the bustle of the city, and the Maui Prince was also secluded and on a beautiful beach. We loved both resorts, the service was outstanding, and the scenery was breathtaking.

Note: Turtle Bay Resort is going through renovations and it was still wonderful there. I can imagine how outstanding that resort will be after the renovations are complete.

Thank you for helping us set up a vacation we will always treasure. We definitely benefited by dealing with a travel organization actually located on the islands.

Sincerely,

Thanks so much for doing such a great job finding the right vacation for me.
I had a really great time in Fiji, and met friends I will be in touch with for a long time, it was incredible there. Australia was fun too, but next time I think I will go when it's summer there.

Your organization of my travel was excellent, you took care of everything in advance, making it all go very smooth with no problems whatsoever, thanks! Even the gals at Rosie's (Fiji) commented on the professionalism of your voucher when I presented it. I will definitely recommend your services, you were great and covered all the bases.

Mark,

Thank you for your assistance in setting up the Fiji trip. Everything was great as planned.

Taveuni Island Resort was every bit as nice as its web site indicated. The food was excellent. More importantly, the staff at the resort was very attentive and sincere. We took advantage of several activities around the island as well, i.e. waterfall, hiking through the rain forest, snorkeling, kayaking, etc. It was nice to wake up every morning to the sound and the view of the ocean.

The few hours of layover at Nadi on our returning trip turned out to be a great thing because it allowed us an opportunity to get some souvenirs.

Hi Sue,

It's good to hear from you. I've been meaning to contact you since we returned. Andrew and I had an absolutely fantastic time in Fiji. What a gorgeous place. It was exactly what we wanted our honeymoon to be.

Just to give you a bit of feedback on the places we stayed...

Vatulele: Vatulele was incredible. By far, Vatulele was the nicest resort/hotel that either Andrew or I have ever stayed. Everything about it was fairytale - the bures, the food, the people, the beaches, etc. Andrew and I would highly recommend Vatulele to anyone. It offers the perfect blend of being able to relax as much as you want or be as active as you want (diving, cave walks, kayaking, etc). The group dinners were also very fun (for those people who are a little weary of doing that, it turned out to be a lot of fun and something we looked forward to). We definitely could have stayed there longer although we also felt that with 6 night/7 days we got to do everything we wanted. We went diving twice while we were there and were extremely comfortable with the dive staff. We are both pretty inexperienced divers, so it was nice to feel so comfortable.

Taveuni Island Resort: Overall, Andrew and I were so happy to experience a different island in Fiji and thought that Taveuni Island Resort was very nice. Taveuni Island and Vatulele Island are so different that on this island we got to do a lot of hiking, waterfalls, etc - more land activities. Andrew and I thought that the setting of Taveuni Island Resort (overlooking the ocean, etc) was gorgeous. As far as the positive side, the island was gorgeous - a real jungle. We really enjoyed the hikes/waterfalls and felt that we had a much more rich Fiji experience on this island primarily with just being able to interact with more Fijians, see "real life" in Fiji, etc. We would recommend for people to definitely go to this island or this resort.

Thank you again for all of your help. We will certainly recommend anyone that wants to travel to Fiji to give you all a call to help make the arrangements. Andrew and I are hoping to take advantage of our free Hawaii trip to celebrate our first anniversary!

Thanks again for everything Sue.

McCoy Travel ... I'm back from Fiji and just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thanks. My friend Joe and I had a wonderful time at Treasure Island...it was just perfect for what we wanted. The accomodations were really nice (beds super comfortable) and just steps away from the beach, the snorkeling was great (lots of colorful fish) the staff very friendly and the food very good as well. It was quiet but not too quiet - just the right amount of activities.

We also decided to stay an extra night on the mainland and on your suggestion went to First Landing. They didn't have any regular rooms available, so the management decided to give us the two bedroom villa for half price as it was empty. What a treat! And the food there was really excellent. So to sum up just great. Only problem is I had to come back to reality (New York, that is!) :-) So thanks again.

Take care,

Alexandra S.

Bula Mike,

Thank you for arranging an amazing trip to Taveuni for Michael's 40th birthday. Taveuni Island Resort was as wonderful as you had promised, and the staff made us feel right at home. You definitely guided us to the right island and the right resort. We had a wonderful time exploring the island. Bouma Falls were spectacular. We also loved the diving and the staff of Swiss Fiji Divers were very accommodating. Michael said it was the best diving he has ever done. The soft corals and the abundance of sea life were
amazing. A special thanks to you and Anne who arranged a private dinner in the Lagoon Bure the night of Michael's 40th, complete with a chocolate (his favorite) birthday cake and with Sly and his comrades coming down to the bure to sing happy birthday. We will always have great memories of that
evening.

We can't wait to go back soon. Thanks again for all your help in planning such a wonderful trip to Fiji.

Dear Beth
Many thanks for organizing our Fiji trip. Terry and the boys were able to fish and scuba dive to their hearts content, whilst Tara and I snorkeled and paddled canoes, beach combed and made friends. Castaway Island Resort was such a quiet, beautiful and friendly retreat and we were barefoot practically the whole time even when we were playing tennis on the astro turf tennis court!

Our beach front bure was perfect in every way and we've carried away an impression of turquoise reef, beautiful corals and fish, outdoor activities a plenty, singing, smiling and friendly faces. It was the BEST holiday we've had in a long time and thank you for organizing it so meticulously.

Just wanted to let you know that our stay in Fiji was great. The accommodations were fantastic; the people were the most hospitable I have ever been around....their whole face lites up when they smile.

Ed and Karen Bower were very helpful with information and getting us around. The Cousteau Resort (I think Karen Taylor) was definitely the most friendliest resort I have
ever dined at. And I can't say enough about the 4x4 driving fun we had getting to

Bula Mark,

We absolutely loved it. The staff were just wonderful (almost seemed like family) and tried very hard to accommodate my dietary restrictions. We really never wanted to leave the resort. Saw Bouma Waterfalls, had a massage, toured town, took a boat ride. Enjoyed about three good days of no rain. Fought mosquitoes. Nadi was fun! It was festival week. Glad we had the dayroom. Rosie's was great! Very few of our flights were on schedule. We had to make several changes to our connections due to delays of up to 2 hours. I have never experienced problems flying, but this was my first experience on a "prop" (Sun Air) and the fumes were nauseating. I was really glad when the connecting Fiji flights were over.

Thanks so much Mark for providing excellent travel coordination of our honeymoon. There is no way we could have done this ourselves. We really appreciate all of the tips. We will remember our week in Fiji for a lifetime. Best wishes.

Sue -

I meant to drop you a note: and please forward a big hello and thanks to the folks at Cousteau!
We had a WONDERFUL time!

Everyone was so nice...and took wonderful care of us and Arthur. The food was great (ok, so we ate too much and didnt loose an inch), a very good wine selection (though I cant recommend Australian/NZ champagnes..especially an awful one we bought out of a store on an outing...give me a good california Schramsberg any time!).

You were right, the reef was great. The highlight for us was our day trip to the private island. It was tempting not to come back. Cousteau's biologist really added a special touch...and you could tell by the turn out each night for his slide presentation the other guests thought the same.

Our nanny, Akenita, took wonderful care of Arthur. Arthur got an ear infection (kids do at that age) and they got us a doctor and assisted with any other possible need we had. I cannot say enough about the "you are part of our family" feel and support of the resort. The staff all knew Arthur (ok, extremely cute baby toddling around is hard to miss) and almost would arm wrestle to have a chance to hold him....(so would I of course!).

Rosies' Travel left a bit to be desired if the goal was "the personal touch"..ended up waiting a bit in line to get someone...and some other poor folks while we were there completely missed hooking up with Rosies and ended up loosing their spot on the inter island plane.

I want to get back to Cousteau: the manager and his family were wonderful, the staff and the Bula camp team was great. The way they handle the kids and separate dining times enabled us to have a choice of family dinner or romantic dinner (and the other guests the same!). I sneaked a peak at the honeymoon suites at the point of the property...oooooh....very private. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend if I new any newlyweds..especially as there is no hesitation for room service or in room dining....

While we were there we also checked out the Lomalagi resort. While the manager was nice (showed us around: there was not a single guest there!) (though for my taste, she smoked, and that always puts me off) The cabins had an "old" feel to them (though they certainly were private and the view from the top of hill over the bay wonderful). Snorkeling looked promising there though we didnt get a chance to check it out this trip. When trying to imagine the ride there (just the "driveway" to the resort from the turnoff to the resort from main road (which in itself is about 45 minutes from savusavu) is about twice as far as Cousteau is from downtown Savusavu) from the airport after a 24 hr trip...I do not know if I would have survived!

We did find some property...so we will be definitely going back....I hope we can afford to stay at Cousteau while we are building our dream house....

Bula Sue,

Thank you for all of your help with our honeymoon trip to Fiji.

We had a wonderful stay at Marlin Bay Resort and would like to return there as soon as we can. The people who ran the resort on Beqa Island were some of the friendliest people Brett and I have ever met. The resort was charming and a great place for a honeymoon and relaxation... not to mention beautiful. The Bures were very nice and large. If you are a diver, you will enjoy Marlin Bay all the more because the resort is geared towards diving. Brett and I decided to get certified there and diving ended up to be a major bonus on our honeymoon. It is heaven under the sea off the coast of Beqa Island!!! We also have a few extra pounds on our waistline now due to the gourmet cooking on the resort that is inclusive. If they had a cookbook for the foods they prepared each day, Brett and I would have bought it for sure.

Shangri La Fijian we enjoyed but, I think it is a resort that is best for those with kids. There are a lot of activities that you can do with your children and maybe down the road we would consider returning there. We did do some diving there as well and got to feed 6 foot sharks. That was pretty nerve racking if you ask me.

All in all we really enjoyed our trip. Thank you for making our honeymoon memorable.

Sue -

Matamonoa Resort and staff were very nice! The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Jim got a sinus infection before we left and after the 24+ hours of traveling, I got the same infection. So, we were both sick the whole trip. I ended up with a fever and sore throat, etc.... The staff "treated" me with their Fijian receipe to cure a sore throat: Hot Lemon and honey. They were very concerned and treated us well... a few nights they did room service for I was really sick. (Luckily I had an emergency supply of antibiotics with me - just in case!)

Anyway, besides that the resort was great. The snorkeling was great. We have snorkeled all around the world and the variety of corals and fish was great. The water surronding the island is deemed a "nature preserve" and is thus protected. Fiji, as with other places in the world, has had some problems with coral bleaching. Some of the corals were brown and dead, but the majority were really nice. Lots of large plate corals and a good variety of fish. As you know I was really concerned how the snorkeling would be and it was great. We did not get to do any scuba diving because of the sinus infections, but we were content with snorkeling.

The resort had a lot of activities. Jim did some sailboarding, the glass bottom boat was nice, the tour to the neighboring village was really great. Every day and night they were lots of activities on the blackboard. You could do a lot or very little (as we did) (we really relaxed and rested for the first time in years!)

The food was very good. Good quality and large portions! Jim loved the desert with every meal! The rooms were very nice. The bure was very spacious and had a nice little patio that overlooked the ocean. The hotel rooms were fairly small, but well appointed. And the resort provided a day room on the last day to use till the boat picked us up.

The seaplane ride was a lot of fun. It was a tiny 4 passenger (if you squeezed in tight) plane. Our pilot was from Australia, but had spent some time in Madison, Wisconsin (which is 45 minutes from our home). Since we were the only passengers, I sat in front with the pilot and he gave us a tour of the reefs and pointed out the islands. Jim was a little apprehensive about the small plane, but really enjoyed the tour! We would definitely do the seaplane again.

I would highly recommend Matamonoa Resort. The staff was very sweet. It was a very relaxed, layed back resort (not pretenious at all). Although the island was very small, there were lots of activities to do, or you could just sit on the beach and do nothing. I like resorts that are quiet and layed back, and this was it.

Anyway, we had a great trip. If you have any more questions, I would be happy to answer them. I did a lot of reasearch for this trip and I believe I picked the perfect resort for us. (To me researching a trip is 1/2 the fun).

I was concerned about the lack of A/C in the bure, but it was not a problem at all. The trade winds are always blowing and the ceiling fans provided plenty of cool air. At the hotel room, we did use the A/C, for the breeze was not there. Also, as a side note: Castaway Island was about 1/2 mile from Matamonoa (the Tom Hanks film), so you could see the island from our resort.

Thank you again for all your help,

Krista C. (Oconomowoc, Wisconsin)

Aloha ,

As mentioned in my phone message the trip to Fiji was fabulous! Everything was extremely well organized on your end as having the representative from “Rosie Travel” meet us in Nadi on both arrival and departure was a nice touch. She knew how to work the system and really added a measure of comfort and security for us. She got us into the front of the line on a busy departure day and took us into town while watching over our bags while having ìkavaî with the cab driver. I feel this was an important part of the trip and should be kept for future travelers (especially in this day and age of terrorism, etc.).

The staff at the Cousteau Resort was absolutely first class. While the Bure’s weren’t exactly luxury accommodations they were very tastefully done and pleasant to stay in. We were a little surprised that there weren't white sandy beaches and aqua blue water. I didn't realize how much coral and fluctuations in the tide affects this resort property. Nonetheless, everything was beautiful but you may want to emphasize that the beaches here are not powdery or quite as swimmable as you might see in Cancun or the Caribbean, for example. Highlights of the trip include the friendliness of the staff and the Bula Camp. The counselors at this camp anticipated almost our every need and had an uncanny ability of being there at just the right time. They did such a wonderful job with the kids that it was almost like having a private nanny. This was probably the only vacation that we have ever taken with the kids that we felt as relaxed as if we were vacationing by ourselves! Had we known how successful this was I wouldn't hesitate bringing my 2-year-old next time. Another high point to emphasize with people is the food accommodations. There were terrific meals and lots of healthy choices and just the right proportions. Not having to continually travel to restaurants, pay with a credit card, get the kids ready on time, etc. etc. was a huge plus and a definite surprise. I think the only negative we had was in dealing with the mosquitoes! Despite having repellant coils available in the rooms and what the staff said was a very favorable time of year for mosquitoes, Adriana literally had over 100 bites! Maybe being from Arizona where there are no mosquitoes we were unusually sensitive and a little unprepared. Not a big deal, but boy, I would hate to be there in summer with higher humidity and high mosquito season!

We have definitely recommended this trip to our friends and would not hesitate to return again. This was a tremendous value for the money and had a very unique flare and difference from Hawaii. I agree with him that this is probably what Hawaii was like 30 years ago before the tourism and all the crazy development took place.

Best regards,
The Gordon Family (Paradise Valley, Arizona)

Hi Melissa/Ron -

Thanks for asking about our trip to Fiji. We stayed at the Trendwest timeshare, and had a great time. The weather was perfect every day. The people are very friendly and all the resturants had very good food. We are scuba divers and the staff at Trendwest told us about a small dive operation that was just great for us. Diving in Fiji is very good and the coral is beautiful. I would highly recommend Fiji. The flights from Chicago to Fiji was a long one. We had a layover in Honolulu for 12 hours. My wife and I are thinking of maybe Turtle Island in 2005. Thanks for all your help.

Hi Mike,

It's Jan H., who you sent to Fiji. I am so happy to report that everything went just perfectly. Thank you so much. I will keep your name in my file for Fabulous People Who Do Exactly What They Promise. Castaway was great, and the people who work there are so glad to work there, which made me happy. They say they are treated really well. Being a "rich" tourist in a poor country, it eased my mind. The food plan was incredible - great food! The only thing unexpected was that the family bure was divided by bamboo poles and curtains, not walls. The island can be walked around in an hour. I am so glad you helped us choose that resort.

We hope to travel to other places in the South Pacific, and will definitely be checking with you to see if you represent other countries.

Thanks, Mike!

Hi Beth,

Taveuni Island Resort was wonderful!!! The service was impeccable, the food wonderful and the snorkeling was gorgeous. They had just had a hurricane in Jan. or Feb. and the coral had taken a beating but it was still beautiful. We kayaked and snorkeled every day and read several books. It is definitely a place to relax and not a place to soak up night life or a lot of activities. We went on a lovely hike to a waterfall and swam under the falls (Lavena Beach Walk I think). Fiji is sort of like Hawaii 100 years ago. The people are very friendly and the scenery is lovely.

Thanks for all your help! We had a dream honeymoon

Ron -

Ron Lippock here - you booked us for the Taveuni Island Resort honeymoon package that we went on early June.

We just wanted to say thank you - the resort was stellar - the people were wonderful, the island and resort private, well maintained, scenic - and all the people incredibly nice and accomodating (special thumbs up to Gina and Thomasi).

Thanks again... and just referred someone to you today.

Bula Mark,

Our trip to Fiji was wonderful! Taveuni Island was amazing. I can't wait to go back sometime. I loved the snorkeling.

Our wedding was amazing! It was just what we wanted. When it was over we couldn't think of anything we would have done differently. It was very special. The staff at the resort were so nice to us and helped make our wedding day and "honeymoon' wonderful. We are enjoying sharing our pictures and details of the trip with our friends and families. It is funny because we seem to have done what everyone wishes they would have done or could do for their wedding...so relaxed, intimate, special and beautiful.

Lana was nice enough to take some digital pictures with her camera so I have attached a couple of those pictures. Maria took pictures with our camera and the other couple at the resort we became friends with took pictures with their camera, so we have a lot of pictures to help us remember and share our wedding day.

Thanks for your help.

Mark guided my wife and I on our first--and certainly not last--Fiji trip. I say guided because he listened carefully and learned about our interests and our budget, then he put us in the right places in the right order. He kept us from too much inter-island travel, which we would certainly have inflicted upon ourselves without his guidance. He strongly endorsed a less well known but up-and-coming place we had not considered, and it turned out to be our favorite among three superb choices. Mark kept us away from a resort highly recommended (Turtle Island) by others where the gay couple traveling with us would certainly have been very uncomfortable--which would have ruined the trip for all four of us.

And, frankly, he beat the prices we could get booking directly on-line . We received plans from three agencies that claim to specialize in Fiji, but the one from McCoy/Fiji Reservations was clearly superior in every respect. We recommend Mark and McCoy Travel/Fiji Reservations to anyone planning to visit Fiji.

Bula Sue,

Brian and I just returned from Marlin Bay Resort. We had an incredible time. The staff at the resort was warm, friendly, and accomodating. The food was amazing (5 star!). And, the diving was great (although I heard it was even better a few years ago before an "El Nino" type warm current killed
some of the coral). I would not hesitate to recommend this place to your diving customers; non-divers might be a little bored. Thanks for setting everything up for us!

Hi . . .
I wanted to first thank you for facilitating, what turned out to be the vacation of our lives. John and I were at complete rest there in Fiji. The people are wonderful, the culture entertaining and the scenery spectacular. It was far more than either of us expected. We were ready to move in with the Fijian people.

The last night there at JM Cousteau, was Johns birthday. We had set up to have dinner at the end of the pier, but it started to rain. So they were kind enough to set up a table under the little hut beyond the pool by the beach. It was so romantic, Vesa brought us everything we needed out there, under his umbrella. Then it downpoured, we stayed dry though. Then it started to thunder and lightning ,lighting up the sky. It was soooo cool!! Here we were with a nice candlelight dinner with all the ambiance under
this little hut and all around us a show was going on. After we ate, the weather calmed down a bit and they brought John a birthday cake and sang to him. John says that's a birthday he'll definitely never forget.

Again many thank to you, we'll definitely be going back someday!!!

We had a fabulous time! Thank you so much for the work you and your staff did in putting together our Honeymoon package. Wadigi was intimate, charming and the ultimate in relaxation. Wakaya was not only the most impressive resort we have seen, not only absolutely beautiful, but we also lucked out in having it all to ourselves after the first day. Being the only guests was a once in a lifetime treat. Appropriately, our Honeymoon was our best vacation ever!

Many thanks,

Bula Melissa!

We have returned from the Fiji Islands ready to go again as soon as possible. Sue C. helped us and itt was perfect. Re: Tiliva Resort: Accommodations super as we were upgraded to the honeymoon suite. The whole place was very well done and we were treated as family. Snorkeling excellent food very good and folks more than accommodating. An excellent recommendation on your part. We would highly recommend Tiliva for a select group of travelers.

Please let Sue know we are back safely and will send her a picture shortly.

Thanks again for you help. Keep your eyes open for new far out places on the Fiji Islands that don't break the bank.

Hi...

I just wanted to let you know that the trip to Fiji was great. Rosie's was always on time and the personnel in Nadi were really friendly.

While the Shangri-La Fijian was a nice property, it paled in comparison to the Cousteau Resort. I arrived at Cousteau with a bit of a stomach bug and the staff was so concerned and attentive. When I didn't show up for dinner, the property manager sent staff to my bure to check on me. They were very kind and had a meal brought to my bure. The spa manager then sat with me while I ate so that I wouldn't be alone. While I felt much better during the rest of my stay, everyone still inquired whether I was feeling better. It was so nice to be at a resort where I wasn't just another room number.

The resort staff were always smiling, laughing, and saying hello to me by name. It was amazing how they remembered all the guests' names! Since I was diving alone, the divemasters at the resort were super about offering to buddy up with me. I felt so pampered by the dive staff who took care of lugging the guests' scuba gear back and forth from the shop to the boat. A great bonus about Cousteau was that they had a professional underwater videographer who could capture each one of day's dives. Although I've done alot of diving around the world, Cousteau was the first place that had this added plus.

I now understand why Fiji is such a magical place to those who visit it. While I have been to other tropical places around the world, there is no place like Fiji. Thank you for planning such a wonderful trip of a lifetime.

Ron W.,

We started planning a return to Rainbow Reef Resort before we left. A great place to scuba, relax and romance.

Romantic: Beautiful beath with silky sand into the water, bures on the beach have large glass fronts and great views, outdoor garden shower with an ocean view, a beautiful lei on departure.

Food: Loved breakfast on our deck every morning. Every meal was wonderful. Great homemade bread at every meal. Seafood crepes and French chocolate cake on the last night were to die for.

Scuba: The best diving in Fiji - 5 minutes away. Need I say more. We need to race to be suited up in time to jump off the boat at the dive site. AquaVentures took us anywhere we wanted to go. Sigh did a great job.

Hiking: Short rainforest hikes to 2 beaches and one hilltop ridge. Kayaking and Snorkeling: Beautiful hard coral reef at the resort.

Staff: Lice and Tracy took great care of us. Everyone was nice.

Sincerely,
Linda P. (South Pasadena, California)

Hi Sue,

Our trip was fabulous!!! Thank you so much for all of your hard work. Everything ran smoothly. As soon as we got to Papeete we were met by a couple of very helpful women from (?) sorry the name won't come to me, they were the people you arranged. They couldn't have been more helpful getting us to the right place for our flight to Bora Bora.

The boat from the airport to the Sofitel was delayed but not a big deal to us. We were on our way about 45 minutes after we landed. The Sofitel was beautiful. Check-in is done in your room so that was hassle free. The ferry from the Motu to the main island was always available. We found a market about a 2 minute walk from the hotel and Pat went for Brie cheese and fresh French bread every morning at 6:00 AM - and had no worries about the boat not being available.

Both islands were gorgeous - the snorkeling at Moorea was the best we've ever done. The pool at the Sheraton Moorea was great. One thing you might want to be aware of is that the Sofitel on Moorea is on strike fairly regularly (from what we were told) - we met several couples at the Sofitel on Bora Bora who were transferred from Moorea because the hotel lacked the staff to take care of them adequately. Apparently the staff at the Bora-Bora Sofitel are not unionized workers while their counterparts on Moorea are. Some of the couples we talked to were very disappointed that they were not able to spend their time on more than 1 island. The Moorea Sofitel accommodated guests by sending them to Bora Bora but I believe the guests had to provide their own transportation between islands.

The banks on Moorea were also on strike during our week there. I would highly recommend that anyone going to French Polynesia obtain a few dollars in CFP before they leave home. It was helpful to us. Also, it's also recommended that you have your hotel make dinner reservations for you. We found that all of the nicer restaurants provide transportation and reservations are made by hotel and room number. We thought we could just walk to a place that another Chicagoan recommended to us and even though the restaurant did not appear all that busy they wouldn't accept "walk ins".

Albert Travel was also very helpful. They were there right on time to take us from the airport to the Sheraton and back. We also rented a car for a day from Albert. Again, hassle free.

All in all our Tahitian experience is one I would most definitely do again and would recommend it to anyone.

McCoy Travel...

Well, we're back and I have to tell you that the honeymoon that you created for us, was utterly PERFECT!

Even the rain stopped the day that we arrived. The accommodations, without question, were the best on each of the islands that we visited, and Chris and I were both incredibly impressed by the service we received for each of the transfers, etc.

I'm telling you, it could NOT have been any better.

While we were out there we went off-roading up the Belvedere mountain, we swam with sharks and sting rays, went horseback riding on a private island, watched and ate with Tahitian fire dancers, visited the wonderful restaurants, received (and HIGHLY recommend) a sunset massage at the Bora Bora Nui Spa, relaxed, basked in the sun, and all in all had the best honeymoon EVER!!!

You have been amazing the whole way through, with regard to flight arrangements, hotel accommodations, itinerary and transfer setup, etc. We both, really cannot thank you enough for all of your assistance.

I've already recommended your company to 5 of my friends who are thinking of going on their honeymoon to either French Polynesia or Hawaii.

It was a great idea for us to leave on the earlier flight and enjoy the fun of Papeete, if it wasn't for you, I wouldn't have found the black pearl necklace that I am now sporting!!!! ;-)

Anyway, we'll send you some pics as we get them, so that you can actually SEE how happy we were while we were there.

Thanks again for a trip of a lifetime.

Sincerely..
Dana E. (Springfield, New Jersey)

I've been meaning to send a quick email to say what a wonderful trip we had!

Not only was Moorea -- and specifically the Sheraton Moorea Lagoon -- absolutely beautiful, but the people were very friendly and efficient. In fact the transfers were amazingly prompt. It was the most well-organized trip we've ever taken.

We've already recommended it to friends and plan to return.

Thanks for coordinating everything for us.

Wow! Our trip to Tahiti has been a journey to paradise! Moorea was beautiful, Bora Bora is way beyond that.

Thank you for organizing such a great trip for us, and for the gift certificate! All the transfers have gone perfectly, and we will enjoy the spa today after snorkeling right off our bungalow deck. The Bora Bora Nui Resort is definitely 5-Star.

As you probably know, the Denver airport was closed for three days, but we were able to catch a flight out of Vail at the last minute and still made our flight to Tahiti in LA. Thank goodness we had travel insurance to cover the extra flight.

All is 100%, and in Polynesia, La Vie Est Belle (life is beautiful)!

Thanks again,

Our Tahiti vacation was one of the best ever. Everything, the whole package, was perfect. The flights. The people who met us at each airport and hotel. The hotel (Sofitel). The service. The staff. The weather. The food. It was all great.

The package of information you sent along with our tickets was very helpful and well organized.

Thanks for the great service.

McCoy Travel,

Thanks for making my honeymoon booking experience to Tahiti very smooth and enjoyable. The entire process went very smoothly, and I am very happy with my travel agenda. I can't wait to go!

I would like to especially thank Beth for all her help. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with her. She was very informative and knowledgable about Tahiti, and was able to answer all my questions. For information that I requested that she didn't know, she made sure to track down the answer and get back to me in a reasonable time. Her hard work did not go unnoticed!

It's nice to know that there are still travel agents out there that concentrate on personal service. Thanks McCoy Travel, and thanks Beth! You have been a joy to work with!

One happy customer,

Our honeymoon in Taha'a was beyond belief! We were overwhelmed by so many things: the weather, the location, the people and our bungalow. Every day there were new things to be discovered, new sights to see and things to enjoy. Our bungalow at the Taha'a Pearl Beach Resort was super. Every night
we watched fish and stingrays cruise under the bungalow through our bedside coffee table. And we sat out on our deck watching the stars in a starlit sky. Breakfasts were fun, delivered to our room where we ate in our own hut on the deck. And the activities were so much fun! Our favorite was shark and
ray feeding -- we were right there in the water while the guide fed black tip sharks, and played with stingrays while hand feeding them ourselves. If you go, bring an underwater camera! The resort's coral garden was also a big favorite. It was a trip we're intending to repeat!

Here's a

Thanks again for all your help!

McCoy Travel assisted me with our honeymoon to Tahiti. We had a wonderful time and your agency was extremely helpful. Also, the people who handled our transfers and the hotel staff were extremely courteous. We appreciated the bottle of champagne given by all three Beachcomber Resorts. I would recommend the Beachcomber Resorts to anyone traveling to the islands of Tahiti. I would, however, suggest spending minimal time on the island of Tahiti, as the other islands have so much to offer. We enjoyed Moorea and Bora Bora's beauty was unlike any place we have seen. We heard many great things about the other small islands, specifically Huahine. We didn't know anything about this island until we got there but would have liked to know about it's appeal. We were told that it is still very Polynesian, with much less French influence and much culture. It was also described as being very pristine and not commercialized. We were told it rivals Bora Bora on beauty. Please inform future Tahiti travelers of this special secret.

We have nothing but positive things to report on our experience and will recommend your company and the islands of Tahiti to anyone interested in South Pacific travel.

Best Regards,
Dana & Jeffrey R. (Chicago, Illinois)
