| Dear Sue C. I
really want to tell you a quick story. I was working with another
ticketing office before I found you. For about two weeks they kept
telling me that they could not find me a reasonably ($1600 or less)
first class airfare direct to Kauai and they wanted to route me through
a connecting flight thru L.A. I told them absolutely not! Their rep
then told me what great pains he went through and 10 hours of work
to get the flights that he found. He also wanted us to take a red
eye back home. He tried to make me feel guilty but he was clearly
not giving me what I asked for. Tina T. (Morgan Hill, California) |

I
just wanted to thank you for the arrangements you handled for us.
Both accommodations were fine with the Mana Kai being wonderful! It
was perfect for what we had wanted! The boys loved the snorkeling,
swimming, sandcastle-building, etc. And, the 5 Palms was our favorite
restaurant. |

Dear Minerva: I
want to say that you are the most delightful, fun, creative and hardworking
travel agent I have met. I like the way you calmly give information
and share experiences. Working with you has been a gas -- and I want
to do more in the future. I will leave all the future bookings up
to you. I need to feel that I'm getting a deal, You know? Please keep
me advised of deals you hear about. And let me say that I enjoy working
with you. You have that rare blend of humor and hard work that is
a pure joy. You are in the right business. |

Dear Ms. McCoy: Just a few weeks ago our son surprised us by announcing that he was to be married in Hawaii this summer. We Were Happy about the wedding but concerned that we could make the necessary travel arrangements from such a long distance with so little time. We were desperate for ideas and direction. We called McCoy Travel and had the good fortune of getting hooked up with Sue C. She has handled everything for us in a superb manner. Coincidentally, Sue is getting married herself in a few months and she is from Milwaukee where our son lives and her brother lives in Nashville where we live. Upon hearing of our situation and sensing our anxiety, she immediately took everything in hand and the result was great travel arrangements for us and peace of mind. Sue gave us options and talked through our situation with us in a very sensitive manner. She was always prompt in her response, interested in our opinions and sympathetic. Her advice went beyond just travel suggestions and we were surprised and impressed to find such an expert person who took a real personal interest in our situation. She offered many practical suggestions and gave us great insight into many logistical issues relative to the wedding arrangements and travel plans. Sue is a great professional and we offer our sincere appreciation to her and McCoy Travel for the superb manner in which our arrangements were handled and the thoughtful personal service which we received. Thanks McCoy Travel and Sue Clemons!!!! Sincerely, |

To Ron W. and his superior ~ I just wanted to let you know
how much I have enjoyed working with Ron. He was
the kindest, most honest and helpful travel agent I've talked with.
As a bride, things can be stressful and Ron made the honeymoon planning
a piece of cake. I looked around at other options and trusted Ron more
than anyone because of the way he treated me. He is first class. I hope
McCoy values him as much as I have. |

We enjoyed our stay in Fiji on Navini

are looking forward to returning to Fiji in the very near future. |

W., You are the best. You helped me (you actually did everything), with my honeymoon clients, Jessica Falcone & Dean Pollack. They said Fiji was a 10+ vacation. They loved the Outrigger (actually went to see a number of properties and like it best) and they can't stop raving about Vatulele. They should do a commercial for the property. Anyway, you are a star. I will definitely use you again and pass your name around to agents in my office. Have a great day! Kim K. - Willett Travel |

C.... Thank you for Fiji... and especially for the Cousteau Resort recommendation!! It was magical and genuine beyond my expectations!!! We fell in love with the people, especially. The place was sweet and simple and truly relaxing. The PEOPLE of Savu Savu are beyond lovely. We would like to return... I think of it daily. We made several friends and plan to visit them in San Francisco... and they will come here to Miami next spring! Because of the beauty of the diving experiences, I've signed up to recertify myself (alright, I'm already certifiable!). I will send you and Cousteau some photos... we are in LOVE with the people and the place! Can't thank you enough! Best, Pat W. ( Miami, Florida) |

Fiji Escapes Travel, David and I would like to thank you for the part you played in our WONDERFUL honeymoon trip!!!!!! It was absolutely beautiful and relaxful. We did alot of diving especially off the coast of Matangi. We dove "the supermarket" off the coast of Tokoriki and swam with the sharks and a bounty of other fish including barracuda. We really had a GREAT time and will definitely go back especially to Matangi. Tokoriki was more of a resort and we thoroughly enjoyed the quaintness of Matangi. Of course if we had gone to Tokoriki first, our opinions may have been different. Thanks again for all your help. I have given your name to multiple people so hopefully you can help plan their holidays also!!! Joanne & David U. (Chandler, Arizona) |

W., Rainbow Reef is a beautiful paradise! Each day was a memorable and more fun as "Fijian time" took over us. We became more peaceful, relaxed and as private as we wished. The food and food presentations was absolutely delicious and gourmet. You helped make our wedding on April 4, 2002 more special & memorable than we ever imagined. The surprises, extra care and sharing of time with the whole family was the best! Thank you for letting us become a part of your Fijian family. Be sure to stock up on coffee and sauteed coconut (mmm, mmm) oh yes, and please take care of our palm tree - we know you will. We will miss all of you and look forward to our return to paradise! Thanks again. Luke Wayne B. & Anna Marie H. (Scottsdale, Arizona) |

Bula...
I can't express to you how perfect our honeymoon was. Everything was PERFECT! Our flight on Air New Zealand from LAX left on time and besides plenty of excellent food and beverages, the movies were actually pretty good, too. Once in Nadi, we were greeted at the airport by a Rosie agent and from there, totally taken care of to what was to be the best week of our lives! The Rosie van dropped us off at Tanoa for a nice night sleep, then we went into Nadi town center for breakfast the next morning and to get some supplies for our island getaway (which, by the way, we highly recommend anyone going to an island resort to buy some goods at a local market in town or better yet at the duty free shops in the airport for items like beer, soda, chocolate, water, etc. to enjoy in the room once on the island, since the bar at Matamanoa closes at 11pm and the kitchen is only open during certain hours). We were greeted by staff members at Matamanoa once we stepped off the helicopter and given fruity drinks and didn't have to lift a finger to do anything! The staff at Matamanoa was courteous, service driven, friendly, trustworthy and extremely good volleyball players. Our bure was clean, spacious and the view was beyond our expectations! We had the Kabote bure (we found out that all the bures are named after Fijian birds) which was #21... I tell you this because it was the last bure on that side of the island and it turned out to be the desireable side, because we got the sunset and moon view every night. (and also weren't bothered by the sunset in the early morning.) So, if you get the option to request certain bures, go with the higher numbered ones. We got a chance to see the garden view rooms - which were nice - but we would recommend anyone going to spend the extra $$$ and go for the bure... it's definately worth it. My wife Jessica was not so hot on the food, but I was more agreeable to it - I think probably because I chose to order the daily specials every chance I could... and for whatever reason, the specials seemed to be fresher, tastier and maybe made with a little more love than the regular fare. One thing about the food, there was a good amount of western style fare on the menus - club sandwiches, burgers, etc., which was a little dissappointing, but it didn't get us down too much. There were plenty of activities, but we were never
pressured to do any of them... but chose to participate in the walk
to the top of the hill, volleyball, fishing, snorkeling at bird island,
dancing, kava and those After seven days and nights, our time in paradise was up and we were sad to go, but isn't it the case with all good things when they come to an end? We had enough time to spare after the seaplane transfer that a Rosie driver took us into Nadi for a little handicraft shopping (which we almost missed out on because all the shops close early, starting to close in mid-day) and a cup of coffee before our flight to the US. We slept mostly during the flight home and Air New Zealand got us in to LA an hour early! We breezed through US Customs (and Fiji Customs when we arrived in Nadi) and was never given a hassle by either countries' goverment agencies. I can honestly say that we made the most of our time at Matamanoa and took nothing for granted! We gave as generously as we could to the Christmas fund, but would have liked to given more. I would recommend (and already have) Matamanoa (and McCoy Travel) to anyone going on a vacation and hope you do, too. Vinaka for doing such a fantastic job and spending the time and energy answering all my questions and calming my nerves. Please pass on this email to Melissa McCoy, too, for I appreciate the time and energy she spent with me, as well. You'll hear from us again when we decide to book our next trip to Fiji. If my wife, Jessica, has her way, you'll be getting a call from us next week! Sincerely, |

| Hi
Mark
C.: We thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon trip to Fiji. Thank you for your assistance planning our trip. Tavenui Island Resort was incredible. The staff was so friendly we felt like part of the family. They made sure every detail was covered, the food was excellent, and the bure was perfect, the resort grounds were perfectly manacured, and the diving was second to none. Talk about pampering, there was never more than one other couple at the resort while we were there and 3 of the days we were the only people at the resort (us and the 28 staff)! Thanks again. Steve & Elle Z. (Anchorage, Alaska) |

& Melissa,
We're back in foggy San Francisco and I didn't want another day to go by without thanking both of you for what has been one of the most memorable vacations of our lives. Both the resort (Vatulele Island Resort) and the sailboat were fantastic experiences, far more exotic and beautiful than anything we had anticipated. There are so many highlights
that we have you to thank for but here are just a few: Running down
the beach and laughing with Sarah, one of the Fijian staff Vinaka & Aloha, |

We really enjoyed the entire trip. Rosie's Travel was great ... all the
pick-ups, meets and greets .. all were timed and executed professionally
and on time.
Again, my hat is off to your organization, Rosie's Travel, and the Yasawa Lodge. If anyone ever asks about Fiji, we will definitely refer them to your agency to coordinate everything. Sincerely, |

Ron W., Castaway was great. If there was any complaint, it was that we happened to be there during some school holiday for Australia and New Zealand, so there were quite a few kids around. It wasn't too bad though - they seemed to congregate at the pool, and we didn't, so it worked out. If we take our kids next trip we would definitely go back to Castaway - they are awesome with kids. Overall, Castaway would be hard to beat. On our last night there we decided to be a little adventurous and ended up finding a room at the Natadola Beach Resort, at the west end of the Coral Coast. It's pretty isolated (very bumpy dirt road for about 10km), but a very nice place to stay and on a great beach. It's next to the village of SanaSana, and we were invited over for dinner, which was a great experience. Bob, the manager, was great. He was very helpful. He helped arrange a trip to Baravi Souvenirs a little past Sigatoka, where they have a great selection and much better prices than in Nadi. They were awesome there as well, very friendly and helpful. It was a great honeymoon, thanks for your help. We plan on going back, maybe in 2 years after our little one is born and old enough to make the trip. Thanks, |

Escapes Travel, I little bit late with the response, but I want you to know that we had a wonderful vacation. Everything was perfectly in order and indeed the local people in Fiji are really special. They are so warm, friendly and happy. A real inspiration. Your recommendation was right on the nose, a great place for kids (and adults). Again thanks for your perfect arrangement and when we go "down south" once more you will heare from us. Best regards, Hank A (Foothill Ranch, California) |

!!! Well, my wife and I returned to Chicago about a month ago and there are so many things I wish to talk about. Our trip to Vatulele was more than anything I could of wished for... honestly! It all started with you folks. You made us feel very comfortable with our decision(s) and you made the whole process very easy. Then we arrived in Fiji. Considering you both have been there a number of times, I don't need to walk you through each experience (I think we'll share the same opinions)... but let me touch on a few things. Julie and I arrived in Nadi early in the morning, we were a bit skeptical about our next move. "Should we attempt to find the day room, or should we just sit in the airport for the next 5 hours". Well, our decision was made for us. A Vatulele representative (Saene) picked us out of the crowd (I don't know how she did that, but she did) and took us hand in hand from that point on. When I arrived in Vatulele... I melted. It was something that I dreamed for years. In summary, Julie and I fell in love with everyone. We absorbed everything, the people, the villages, the schools (we went to school), church, the rituals, everything! This was more than a honeymoon! We became very close with the other visitors and all of the personnel. I could go on and on... but I won't. I know you have heard this same story from others. I just wanted to THANK YOU for everything. Thank you for taking the time to listen to me, and understand what Julie and I were looking for. You couldn't of done a better job. Julie and I are currently working on a photo album to send back to Vatulele and we're also sending over a few boxes of clothing and some other treats. Ken F (Chicago, Illinois) |

| I
chose your company based on one phone call. The first time I called, one
of your agents answered all my questions, provided me with literature
and spoke to me about some of his experiences out in the islands. He worked
with me to get good pricing and he was very honest. He worked very hard
to get me what I wanted and I believe that he went above and beyond.
He even made a special guest appearance at my wedding, videotaped it and gave Jimmy and I beautiful tapa picture frames for our desk. This is service above and beyond. I truly must say, I have never worked with a travel agency that has been exceptionally kind, generous and enthusiastic about its travelers. He was wonderful and I am glad that I had an opportunity to meet the man that made my dream wedding come true. The Vatulele Island Resort is fabulous. It is unlike any other place we have been. From the moment you get on the seaplane (which is awesome), until the day you leave you feel like you are in paradise. The service is impeccable. The staff is friendly, always smiling and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, very romantic and private. The food is excellent. Two of our favorite meals was the Magnolian Stir Fry and Personal Pizza of your choice. Some of our favorite highlights was being able to interact with the staff (one on one), the caves, and visiting the village. These are just a few of our favorite highlights. Our wedding ceremony was even better than I had imagined it would be. The entire day was our day. Everyone from the staff to the guests were excited. Our day was planned out for us according to what we wanted to do from breakfast until the moment I walked down the aisle. The resort does not leave one stone unturned. They try to accommodate you in any and all requests. The food, decor, the awesome Fijian Choir, the Kava ceremony and Meke ceremony are absolutely wonderful. It makes everyone participating in the even feel even closer. It was a special day that was made even more special due to the wonderful guests, whom we were able to make friends with, partake in the event. There were a couple of special events that took place to make our wedding even more memorable for us. A couple, Bruce and Jane, on the island, whom we made friends with stayed an extra night to be our witnesses for our wedding. Another gentleman we met, John, did a fly by in honor of our wedding in his lear jet. What an amazing experience!! My favorite part of the wedding was when I was almost near the shore and Jimmy and I saw each other for the first time prior to our "I Do's". "I would like to thank
you for making our Wedding/Honeymoon a wonderful experience. Your service
was outstanding and that is what made our special trip perfect." |

Escapes Travel ... sorry
it has taken me a while to get back with you about our experiences at
Vatulele.
It was, without doubt, the best vacation we have ever had and we sincerely appreciate your role in making it come to pass. The staff at Vatulele were exceptionally gracious and service-oriented and it was truly that that made the trip one we shall never forget. Of course, the hotel, beaches, Nookie Island - all were fabulous but it was (as it always is) the people who made it great. Thanks again. |

Many
"vinakas" for the salt & pepper set. It was our first wedding
gift and we will forever be in your debt for your warmth and suggestion
in choosing The
Wakaya Club for our location to become husband and wife.:-)![]() Neither one of us can imagine a more beautiful and perfect wedding. We were completely spoiled by the staff of Wakaya and loved every minute of it. Our wedding was better than a dream and put any movie I've ever seen to shame. The closest word in the English vocabulary that comes close to describing the experience would be "magical". A million thanks, Deanna & Karl Z |

| I would
like a brief moment of your time to discuss my experience with Mark C...
My fiance Melissa and I have booked a ten day trip to Fiji for our wedding
and honeymoon for June of 2001. My brother who has traveled in the area
gave me the name of his agent, and advised me to go local (Ohio) in the
interest of a face to face arrangement. I had planned to do this, but
used the Internet to gather information on my own. I began to research
Fiji .... I had a few more questions about several locations and decided
to contact your firm for information purposes only. I was instantly impressed
with Mark as he seemed to have a great deal of information and personal
knowledge concerning Fiji. I decided immediately that he was a person
I felt very comfortable with and asked him to put together a package for
the trip. This was completed in short order, and we were quite pleased.
The initial trip plans were changed several times as Melissa and I decided
to extend our stay. I e-mailed Mark quite often with changes that I am
sure made his job more time consuming. Had Melissa and I finalized our
budget and length of out trip ahead of time, this could have been avoided.
Each new problem that we provided was handled quickly, without any confusion
or trouble even after it had seemed our final plans had set. Melissa and
I were both very impressed with the dedication of service in the face
of our indecision.
I simply can't say enough about the service we received and the absolute confidence we had in a major purchase with someone we had only spoken with. However, we both agree on what we found most impressive. Not having the largest budget to work with I was shocked at the level of attention Mark exhibited to our every concern. I personally felt as though we were your largest clients. I have never been so impressed. At times, being a 24 year old college student does not afford one the respect given to those who may be more established and in a more abundant economic situation. I have encountered this many times. Mark, who knew our situation and budget from the very beginning, treated us with the highest regard before he was even aware of the seriousness of our intentions. I am a firm believer in the notion that a certain level of care is to be expected in any transaction. I have never felt any need to comment on any service received that one should expect. This is the first time I have commented on such a situation because I feel strongly that we received service that was well beyond this level. I am extremely impressed with your firm and most specifically Mark. I thank you for your time, and the services you and you employees provide. Sincerely, |

invaluable. |

Gay, I am writing to thank you
for the great job you did in booking our vacation. First, I just want
to say that the Beachcomber
in Bora Bora is definitely a first class resort. Any need that we
had was attended to immediately and the staff was always helpful in
getting us anything that we needed or in booking excursions. We suggest
the shark Feeding Excursion when you go to the Le
Meridien Lagoonarium. There is another shark feeding adventure,
but it is not as good after comparing notes with another couple. On
Moorea, the Sheraton
was a great choice to stay. They have the only overwater bungalows with
air conditioning which is pretty much an essential in Moorea since there
are many more mosquitoes than Bora Bora. I would direct future
clients here. The 4x4 adventure we did through Albert Tours was the
best excursion of our entire honeymoon. Their guides are top notch.
Not only do they point out interesting sites, they give you a background
on the culture and daily lives of the people which is much more interesting
than driving around in the back of a pick-up looking at the foliage
(which was the case with other 4x4 tours). We also found a nice little
restaurant on Moorea for dinner called, Le Mahogany. They offer steak,
seafood and french cuisine. Jen and I each had an appetizer, entree,
dessert and a bottle of wine for about 9600 (converts to well less than
$100) which I found to be the average for dinner. |
