I have now been with McCoy Custom Travel for over six years. I started off as a designer of Tahiti Honeymoon Packages for the Company but soon fell in love with developing Fiji as a perfect Holiday Destination. The Fijians are extremely friendly and make your experience truly memorable.

My background is in Managing Travel Agencies in Wash DC and Maryland with trips to Carribbean and Europe. Before that I was teaching SCUBA out of Waikiki and conducting Boat Dive Excursions all over the Hawaiian Islands. I am originally from Down under, Aussie Born and raised. Did 10 years in RAAF specializing in Catering and Hospitality , and made sure I visited every Winery across that vast sun burnt Country. I have lived in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. I have designed some great Australian Itineraries.

With McCoy Travel I have been exploring the South Pacific each year. Vanuatu in 2005 was a fabulous Escape and I got to visit the beach used in the Survivor Series on TV.

Tahiti, Bora Bora and Moorea in 2007 simple took my breath away for their sheer Beauty . I had a stingray swim right under my Overwater Bungalow at Bora Bora Nui Resort.
Also in 2007 I visited some prestigious Fijian Resorts. I stayed in an Overwater Bure at the new Likuliku Lagoon Resort. I experienced the Villa at Jean Michel Cousteau Resort, rated as one of the finest Honeymoon Villas in the Southern Hemisphere. Offshore I saw my first Devil Ray. I was pampered at Namale, and also at the amazing Nukubati Island Resort (make sure you visit a Black Pearl Farm).

In 2008 , I fell in love with the Heated Infinity Plunge Pools in the Premium Vales at Royal Davui Island. The views were private and panoramic. Such peace is a highlight of my journeys. They also have massive spa tubs in the Royal Davui Vales with an electric skylight you can open above the spa tub. !! How they got these huge tubs onto this Island is a mystery :)
I also stayed and dove at Beqa Lagoon Resort , and I give them very high praise for the Meal Quality and Presentation. Each meal was a Gastronomic Revelation. The diving is amongst the best in the World , and I have over 4000 dives under my belt.
Taunovo Bay Villas are million dollar estates with HOT outdoor Jacuzzis and lovely private pools.
I also revisited Yasawa Island Resort and there were baby turtle tracks in the sand in fronty of my Bure when I woke uo in the morning. Yasawa has a phenominal Beach and some of the best Fiji weather you could enjoy.

In 2009 I will be exploring the new developments in Waikiki , and maybe back to the South Pacific !! Sigh. Has to be done!!
